The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us at www.neotalentconclusion.com.Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to integrate our teams and join a Framework and Research environment responsible for developing foundational components and cross-functional services used across different business areas.In this role, you will bridge robust software engineering and cloud-native architecture with innovative Artificial Intelligence solutions. You will design, fine-tune, deploy and optimise custom machine learning and Large Language Model solutions, helping transform research initiatives and proofs of concept into secure, scalable and production-ready capabilities.What you will do:Translate business and technical requirements into scalable applications and innovative AI, machine learning and LLM solutions;Design, fine-tune, evaluate, deploy and optimise AI and machine learning models for real-world use cases;Develop and refine prompts for LLM-based solutions;Build proofs of concept for research and development initiatives using tools such as Jupyter Notebook;Explore, process and analyse complex datasets to support experimentation and model development;Design scalable, cloud-native architectures and integrate AI capabilities into business applications and shared platforms;Implement responsible AI practices, including guardrails, auditability, access controls, secure model usage and data privacy measures;Develop reusable APIs, services and foundational components to support AI adoption across multiple business areas;Define model evaluation approaches and monitor solution quality, security, performance and operational behaviour;Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, data and business teams throughout the solution lifecycle;Conduct code reviews, share engineering best practices and mentor other team members;Contribute to Agile delivery processes, technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.What you are like:Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field;Experienced in software development, database technologies and the design of scalable distributed systems;Proficient in Python and experienced in Machine Learning, Generative AI or Data Science;Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering and LLM experimentation;Experienced with AI and LLM technologies such as GPT models, Transformers and Hugging Face;Able to evaluate model outputs using appropriate quality, safety and performance metrics;Experienced with AWS services, particularly Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock, or equivalent Microsoft Azure AI services;Solid knowledge of API design and security, data privacy, AI guardrails and responsible or trusted AI practices;Experienced in designing and integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications;Proficient in problem-solving and comfortable working in Agile and Scrum environments;Fluent in English, both written and spoken;Relevant AWS, Azure or AI certifications are valued;Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions is valued;Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring and AI governance frameworks is valued;Backend development experience with C# and .NET or Java and Spring Boot is valued;Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is valued;Collaborative and capable of communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;Comfortable providing technical guidance, reviewing code and mentoring other engineers.Why join us:Work on challenging projects for big clients;Learn more about emerging technologies;Possibility of working remotely;Design your career plan;Access to continuous training and certifications;Evolve through our internal mobility programme;… and much more!
