You will work at the intersection of software engineering, Autodesk technologies and BIM automation, collaborating closely with engineering and BIM teams.What we offerPersonal support throughout the entire assignmentSalary range: approx. €65,000–€72,000 gross/year, depending on qualifications, experience and applicable collective agreement development35-hour work week with no shift workLong-term project assignment for approximately 12 monthsModern technology stack combining C#/.NET, Autodesk APIs, BIM and cloud technologiesYour responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain custom plug-ins, add-ins and automation solutions for Revit, AutoCAD and NavisworksBuild applications and integrations using C#, .NET and Autodesk APIsDevelop interfaces between BIM applications and engineering softwareIntegrate Autodesk Platform Services (APS) and cloud-based Autodesk solutions into engineering workflowsSupport IFC/openBIM-based data exchange, BIM model visualization and web-based viewer integrationsAnalyse and optimise digital engineering workflows through software automationTroubleshoot technical issues affecting BIM applications, plug-ins and interfacesManage development activities, requirements and defects using Azure DevOpsYour profileUniversity degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, BIM, Construction Engineering or a comparable technical disciplineAt least 5 years of relevant professional experience in BIM software development, CAD application development or engineering software automationStrong programming skills in C# and .NET, including practical experience with WPF and MVVMHands-on development experience with at least two of the following: Revit API, AutoCAD API, Navisworks API, Autodesk Platform Services (APS), Autodesk Construction Cloud or Autodesk FormaStrong understanding of BIM models, engineering data and IFC/openBIMExperience with REST APIs, cloud integrations and ideally Microsoft AzureExperience with Visual Studio, GitHub and Azure DevOpsGood written and spoken English; German language skills are not requiredDoes this position match your experience?
