Senior Architect – BIM Implementation Lead (Revit)

About PlatformWisePlatformWise Solutions is a Mumbai-based AEC technology and services company. We help architecture, engineering and real-estate firms adopt BIM and actually use it on live projects through consulting, training and project support.About the roleWe are looking for a practising architect who has delivered projects end to end and now wants to lead BIM adoption for our clients. You will work with leading architecture practices and developers to set up Revit workflows, train their teams and support their live projects.The role needs two things: the design and site credibility to earn the respect of experienced architects, and the confidence to teach and present to a room full of them.What you will do

• Lead BIM implementation for client teams: project set-up, Revit templates, families, standards and workflows
• Run pilot projects on live client work, from concept and massing to Revit models, area statements and SD/DD/GFC drawing sets
• Deliver live training to architects and engineers, and assess their skills through practical tests
• Support project teams on day-to-day modelling, documentation and coordination issues
• Turn real project work into practical guides and training material
• Present progress and outcomes to client leadershipWhat we are looking for
• B.Arch, COA registered, with 8–12 years of experience in architectural practice
• Strong hands-on Revit: modelling, families, schedules, sheets and work-sharing. Good SketchUp
• Has taken projects from concept through approvals, GFC drawings and site execution
• Understands how sites work: constructability, consultant coordination, RFIs and what site teams need from drawings
• Working knowledge of DCPR 2034 / UDCPR, FSI and setbacks, municipal approvals, fire norms and RERA
• Confident communicator in English, comfortable teaching groups and presenting to senior architects and partners
• Experience on high-rise residential, redevelopment, commercial or mixed-use projects is a strong plusGood to have
• Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks or Dynamo
• Prior training, teaching or mentoring experience (corporate training, visiting faculty, in-house coaching)
