(Inc extensive benefits package)About the opportunityAlfred Recruitment is working with a busy and established architectural practice in Birmingham that is experiencing continued demand across a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial and data centre developments.With a strong pipeline of work, the practice is looking to strengthen its team with experienced professionals for two key positions: Senior Architect and Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist.These opportunities would suit ambitious, capable individuals who enjoy working on technically challenging projects and want to contribute to the successful delivery of major developments.Experience within the data centre sector would be particularly advantageous.1.

Senior ArchitectThe successful candidate will play an important role in leading and coordinating architectural projects, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.Key responsibilities:Lead and coordinate architectural projects from design development through to technical delivery.Manage design teams, consultants and project stakeholders.Contribute to design development, project coordination and technical decision-making.Ensure projects meet relevant building regulations, technical standards and client requirements.Support the successful delivery of projects to agreed programmes and quality standards.Build positive working relationships with clients and the wider project team.What we're looking for:Qualified Architect with relevant professional experience.Strong project delivery, design coordination and communication skills.Experience across industrial, commercial or large-scale architectural projects.The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.Data centre experience would be a significant advantage.2.
