Senior Architect

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural design and planning background, with the ability to develop creative architectural concepts, optimize space utilization, and translate design visions into high-quality, buildable designs. The role involves working on a variety of projects, including residential villas, multi-story buildings, and commercial complexes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of architectural concepts from initial concept design through detailed design stages.Develop, review, and optimize architectural plans, floor layouts, and space planning solutions to ensure functionality, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.Prepare and review architectural drawings, planning layouts, and technical documentation to the highest professional standards.Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code and relevant regulations in Riyadh.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines, to ensure fully integrated designs.Review and maintain the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all architectural design outputs.Provide innovative and practical design solutions that meet client requirements and maximize space utilization.Conduct design reviews and identify opportunities to improve architectural layouts, functionality, and overall design quality.Ensure design deliverables are completed within project timelines and in accordance with approved specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and planning.Proven experience in designing residential villas, multi-story buildings, and commercial developments.Strong experience in architectural planning, including floor plan development, space planning, functional layouts, and circulation planning.Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local building regulations in Riyadh.Ability to develop architectural concepts and carry projects from initial planning through detailed design stages.Experience coordinating architectural designs with structural and MEP requirements.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver practical, efficient, and buildable design solutions.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.Proficiency in SketchUp and 3ds Max.Experience with Lumion and/or Enscape for architectural visualization.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.Hands-on experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).Strong 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization capabilities.Strong ability to develop and optimize architectural floor plans, layouts, and space planning solutions.How To Apply :Applicants must submit their updated CV along with an architectural portfolio showcasing their design projects, planning layouts, and 3D visualizations.
