Senior Associate – Audit & Advisory Services

• Review financial statements, transactions and records to identify discrepancies and risks.
• Execute audit and advisory engagements, including planning, fieldwork, documentation and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Perform financial analysis, substantive testing and compliance reviews.
• Support forensic investigations, fraud risk assessments and financial irregularity reviews.
• Contribute to business process, risk, compliance and internal control improvement projects.
• Assist with financial due diligence and transaction advisory assignments.
• Prepare evidence-based findings, reports and presentations; liaise with clients and guide junior staff.Requirements
• Part-qualified, finalist or qualified in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA or CIMA.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in external audit, internal audit, forensic accounting or advisory.\Sound knowledge of IFRS, ISA and internal control frameworks.
• Experience in risk assessment, financial analysis, compliance or business process reviews.
• Exposure to fraud investigations or financial due diligence is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; data analytics tools are an advantage.
• Strong analytical judgement, attention to detail, professional skepticism and English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and work effectively in teams.
