Senior Backend Engineer (Golang, Algorithms, CS background)Hybrid London OR Remote-First in UK (Once a month in London)£80k - £120k + EquitySEED-Stage AI Startup (15 people)Build the infrastructure behind the next generation of AI-native software.We're working with a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup that has recently passed £10m ARR, is preparing for a major Series A, and is launching a new public-facing product.The company is building a platform that allows businesses to build, train and control their own AI systems using their own data, offering an alternative to both maintaining complex open-source infrastructure and relying entirely on closed-source AI providers.The team is now growing its backend engineering function and is looking for exceptional engineers to help solve the next generation of scalability, infrastructure and distributed systems challenges.The RoleYou'll join a small, highly technical Engineering team and have significant influence over the architecture and direction of the platform.
