Business Analyst (BI Delivery)Location: Dubai, on-siteFull-Time, PermanentOur client is a prominent Dubai-based retail operator managing multiple consumer brands across the region. The role:You are the bridge between commercial leaders who need trusted numbers to make decisions and the technical data teams who build the reports.Your job is to make sure dashboards are accurate, fast, and actually useful, turning raw numbers into clear, simple business stories so leadership knows what is happening and what to do next.Role responsibilities:Protect leadership from broken data: Catch pipeline issues, data mismatches, and broken charts before business heads open their morning reports.Deliver the "so what?": Move past basic charts. Tell the narrative behind the numbers: why performance shifted, what the funnel is showing, and where the commercial opportunities sit.Be the shield and traffic controller: Handle incoming reporting requests from multiple business units, prioritize what truly matters, and keep technical teams focused on high-impact work instead of endless ad-hoc fire drills.Kill dashboard clutter: Audit existing reporting suites to shut down redundant, slow, or unused dashboards while standardsoiing key metrics across business units.Coach delivery leads: Guide analytics and BI leads on technical design, query optimization, and structured problem-solving.What We Are Looking ForExperience: 8+ years in business intelligence, commercial reporting, or analytics delivery within fast-paced, multi-product digital environments.People & Stakeholder Management: 2–4+ years managing analysts or technical leads, with a track record of confidently pushing back, managing expectations, and partnering with senior executives.Technical Depth: Strong SQL skills, hands-on familiarity with cloud data platforms, solid grasp of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and a clear understanding of digital performance/funnel metrics.Communication: Exceptional business narrative skills - able to break down complex analytical findings into plain, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders.Package: up to 25KAED per month, Annual bonus and Employee Discount.
