Senior Business Analyst- Payments & Banking

Position: Business Analyst – Banking & Payments📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Experience: 10+ Years (preferred)🏦 Domain: Banking & Financial ServicesWe are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Banking and Financial Services domain, particularly in domestic and international payment systems and UAE payment infrastructure.The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving payment transformation initiatives, system integrations, and digital banking solutions.Mandatory Skills & ExperienceStrong experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst within Banking and Financial Services.In-depth understanding of domestic and international payment systems, particularly UAE payment infrastructure.Good functional knowledge of Aani and other CBUAE-regulated payment systems.Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging, ISO 20022 standards, and MT-to-MX migration.Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, API orchestration, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.Knowledge of customer onboarding processes and value-added banking services.Strong understanding of end-to-end payment processing, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception management.Experience working in Agile delivery environments.Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to effectively engage with both business and technical teams.What We're Looking ForA proactive and detail-oriented professional who combines strong banking domain knowledge with technical understanding, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and can drive complex payment initiatives from requirements gathering through successful implementation.
