Senior Cabin Crew / Purser (m/f/d)

Marabu Airlines is looking for experienced Senior Cabin Crew members to support our expanding Airbus A320neo operations at our Frankfurt, Leipzig or Nuremberg bases.As a leisure airline serving the German market, Marabu is committed to safe and reliable operations and high quality onboard service. Our Senior Cabin Crew play a key role in leading the cabin team, supporting smooth flight operations and ensuring every passenger receives a professional and welcoming travel experience.This opportunity is suited to candidates with previous Senior Cabin Crew experience, a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and recent leadership experience on Airbus aircraft.We are looking for people who enjoy leading and supporting others, adapt well to change and remain calm and confident in a fast paced environment. From roster changes to onboard emergencies, you will be expected to respond professionally, support your colleagues, make operational decisions when required and help create a positive experience for every passenger.RequirementsMinimum Age: 18 yearsMinimum Height: 158 cmEducation: Completed secondary educationCertification: Valid EASA Cabin Crew AttestationCitizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EULanguages: Fluency in written and spoken English. All levels of German language are welcomed. Willingness to learn German to a higher level over time is encouragedMedical Fitness: Valid aeromedical certificate and ability to swim unassistedExperience: At least 1 year of current experience as Senior Cabin Crew on Airbus aircraftBackground Check: No criminal recordBase availability: Ability to reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any timeYour Key TasksLeadership & Supervision: Lead and mentor cabin crew members, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellencePassenger Service: Provide warm and professional hospitality to ensure passenger comfort throughout the flightSafety & Security: Conduct safety checks, demonstrate emergency procedures, and ensure compliance with aviation regulationsIn-Flight Sales: Oversee and support onboard sales while promoting products to enhance the passenger experienceTeam Coordination: Collaborate closely with colleagues and flight deck crew to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operationsBenefitsAt Marabu Airlines, you will join an international team in a dynamic and friendly working environment.
