Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibility:Manage a team of consultants from project inspection to completion, and lead project planning sessionsMonitor the progress and ensure projects are completed within desired time, quality and costCoordinating staff and internal resources, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholdersReview consultants' design and to ensure design is adequate, cost-effective and complies with Authorities' requirementsOptimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessaryLiaise with Consultants and relevant Authorities for approvalPlan and co-ordinate design development, project schedules and budgets and ensure that work is progressing as plannedManage tender process and procurement activitiesEnsure the works are completed in compliance with drawings, specifications, quality and authorities' requirementsLiaise with stakeholders on their requirements, including handover of assetsLiaise with Architects, PE, RTO, Authorities, and other consultants, project-related personnel to settle any technical problems and to attend site meetingsConducting project review and creating details reports for senior managementResolve all technical issue with ConsultantsRequirement:Experience: at least 12-15 years of directly relevant working experience in commercial development projects with strong and reputable developers in Singapore;Technical competencies in Cost & Contract Management and Site Management domainsLeadership quality and maturity to lead and grow a team of specialists across different technical domains, ideally with a track record of building and managing a team of project managers; a team player with strong individual drive, sense of responsibility and task ownership.Communication skills to manage and coordinate work across different technical domains both internally and externally.Problem-solving skills to manage and resolve issues across different technical domains both internally and externally.Positive and “can-do” attitude to inspire the team and all stakeholders involve in project development work with critical attention to detailsAcademic: University candidates in Civil or MEP
