The individual in this role will lead consulting engagements, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery from planning through implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, developing recommendations, preparing reports and presentations, and facilitating client workshops or meetings. The Senior Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure that project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role also involves identifying new opportunities with existing and potential clients, contributing to proposals, and supporting business development initiatives.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in consulting, advisory, or related professional services, with a track record of leading client projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in data analysis, synthesis of findings, and development of actionable recommendations.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.Proven project management capabilities, including planning, prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating team activities.Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, manage expectations, and handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism.Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive work environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field; consulting or industry certifications are an advantage.Comfort working on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and organizational priorities.
