Mandarin is a nice-to-have.Role Overview:We're looking for a Senior Content Specialist with 3 - 5 years of proven SaaS, tech, or digital media experience to join our storytelling efforts. You'll mainly focus on writing blogs for SleekFlow's global audiences, using strong editorial judgment, storytelling chops, and AI tools to make complex topics clear and interesting while driving conversions. You'll also create content in other formats and for other channels, as well as contribute to wider marketing projects as our needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Research, write, edit, and refresh blogs that answer customer questions and reflect our brand voiceProduce and publish content in other formats and for other channels (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) as and when neededWork with SEO specialists, regional marketers, and the global Brand and Communications team on topic planning, keyword research, and visibility in search and AI answersLearn our products and turn technical features into useful, accurate customer storiesOwn content projects through publication, manage workflows, and meet deadlines and output targetsTrack traffic, engagement, and conversions to improve content performanceCollaborate across teams and external partners (media, influencers, etc.) and adapt content for different markets and campaigns

Requirements
