Tailor my CV for this job — freeThe successful candidate will support data management initiatives, identify opportunities to generate business value from data, and develop Power BI solutions that enable informed decision-making.This position requires a native Arabic speaker with fluency in written and spoken English.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement data management practices covering data governance, data quality, metadata, and data lifecycle managementCollaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize data use cases aligned with business objectivesDefine KPIs to measure data value realization and the business impact of data initiativesDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutionsDevelop and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query, and SQLGather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specificationsValidate data accuracy and consistency across reporting sourcesPresent insights and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholdersPrepare documentation and support knowledge transfer to business usersRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data management, business intelligence, and analyticsStrong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data value realizationProven hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and SQLExperience translating business needs into dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insightsStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsNative Arabic speaker and fluent in EnglishPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Saudi National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards and requirementsExperience with enterprise data platforms and data integration processesRelevant certifications, such as CDMP or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
