Senior English Trainer

ResponsibilitiesOwn the company's English training strategy: assess needs, then design and teach tailored courses for R&D, sales, project managers, and senior management.Coach teams before customer meetings, trade shows, and presentations, and review key English documents and emails.Run technical writing workshops for engineers.Design and manage the English learning incentive program, rewarding both proficiency and progress.Support HR with English assessments in recruitment, international onboarding, and bilingual internal communications.Track learning outcomes and report results to management.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in English, linguistics, education, TESOL, or a related field.7+ years of adult English teaching, including 3+ years of corporate training.Experience planning and leading training programs, not only teaching classes.Native English speaker, or equivalent proficiency (CEFR C1 or above).Holder of a Taiwan Alien Permanent Resident Certificate (APRC), or otherwise able to work in Taiwan without employer sponsorship.PreferredBackground in the technology or semiconductor industry.Experience coaching senior executives.TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.Basic Mandarin Chinese.
