COMPANY: Leading FMCG ManufacturerPOSITION: Senior Executive – ProductionLOCATION: Horana, Sri LankaEXPERIENCE: 2–4 yearsEMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-timePACKAGE: LKR 150,000–175,000 GROSSOVERVIEWWe are seeking a results-oriented Senior Executive – Production to oversee production operations, improve manufacturing efficiency, and support the automation of production processes. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background and practical experience in production and plant operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.Monitor production efficiency, quality, and operational performance.Identify opportunities to automate production processes and improve productivity.Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.Prepare production reports and provide updates to the Plant Manager.Implement process improvements to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.PRE-REQUISITESA degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.2–4 years of experience in engineering and production operations.Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Exposure to production automation and process improvement initiatives.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.Willingness to work at the Horana location.
