Senior Finance Manager (RTR and Transformation)

We are looking for an experienced Finance Shared Services professional to join our Corporate Finance team in Dubai.This is a high-impact role combining Finance Operations and Finance Transformation, with responsibility for strengthening Record-to-Report processes, driving standardization and automation, and supporting the continued evolution of the Shared Services operating model.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end month-end close and balance sheet assuranceDrive bank and intercompany reconciliationsLead statutory audit activities and strengthen internal controls and governanceDrive R2R and VAT transformation initiativesIdentify opportunities for process standardization, simplification and automationSupport finance systems, ERP and workflow implementationsDrive adoption of RPA, AI and analyticsDefine and track KPIs and SLAsDrive cost efficiency, productivity and service-quality improvementsManage transformation projects, business cases and benefits trackingPartner closely with Shared Services, Corporate Finance, IT and business stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking ForCA with 10–15 years of experienceStrong Finance Operations / Shared Services experienceExpertise in R2R, financial controls and finance transformationExposure to process optimization methodologies such as Lean / Six SigmaExperience with ERP, automation and digital finance initiativesStrong stakeholder and change-management capabilities
