Senior Finishing Foreman

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, ensuring finishing works are executed to the highest quality standards while maintaining project schedules and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all architectural and finishing works including blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, painting, tiling, marble, grouting, ceilings, and joineryMonitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standardsLead and manage site workforce, subcontractors, and trade foremen to achieve planned targetsCoordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, MEP teams, and Construction Managers to ensure smooth execution and interface managementConduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with project requirementsIdentify construction defects, supervise snag rectification, and ensure timely closure of punch-list itemsSupport project completion activities, authority inspections, and handover of units/common areasEnsure materials, tools, equipment, and manpower are available to meet construction schedulesMaintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE policies and proceduresTrack progress against project milestones and report site issues that may impact delivery timelinesRequirementsDiploma/Technical Qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline5+ years of experience as a Finishing Foreman on large-scale building projectsStrong experience in high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury villa development projectsThorough knowledge of finishing trades, construction methodologies, quality standards, and inspection proceduresExperience handling snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning coordination, and final handover activitiesAbility to read and interpret architectural, structural, and finishing drawingsStrong leadership, team management, and coordination skillsGCC/UAE construction experience is highly preferred
