We're Hiring: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – GenAI📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana💼 Experience: 4+ Years🕒 Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who can bridge the gap between business problems and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and build Proofs of Concept (POCs) using Generative AI and LLM technologies.This role requires a combination of business understanding, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and hands-on AI development.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders across functions to understand business challenges, workflows, and requirements.Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions and AI use cases.Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI automation and optimization.Design and develop rapid AI POCs to validate feasibility, business value, and technical approach.Build prototypes using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.Work with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to develop AI-powered applications and workflows.Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.Present POC outcomes, technical recommendations, and potential business impact to stakeholders.Iterate on solutions based on stakeholder feedback and help transition successful POCs into production.Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for business problems.Required Skills & Qualifications4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, solution engineering, or a related technical role.Strong understanding of business requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution design.Hands-on experience building AI/ML or Generative AI applications and working with LLMs.Proficiency in Python and experience developing APIs or backend applications.Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration tools.Ability to rapidly prototype and demonstrate working AI solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to explain technical concepts and AI capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Good to HaveExperience building AI agents, multi-step workflows, or agentic AI solutions.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and deployment.Previous experience in a client-facing, consulting, product, or forward-deployed engineering role.Ideal CandidateA hands-on problem solver who can understand business requirements, engage stakeholders, identify AI opportunities, and independently build AI POCs that demonstrate measurable business value.📩 Interested candidates can apply directly through LinkedIn or share their profiles.#Hiring #ForwardDeployedEngineer #FDE #GenAI #GenerativeAI #AgenticAI #LLM #RAG #Python #AIJobs
