We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who writes excellent code and communicates clearly and confidently with clients, product managers and teammates.Why Communication Matters HereThis role works directly with US-based clients and stakeholders. You’ll join calls, take part in planning, explain technical decisions to people who aren’t engineers, and keep everyone informed without being asked. Strong spoken and written English is the most important requirement for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain fast, scalable, responsive web applications using React and Next.jsTalk directly with US clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope and present progressTurn business needs and designs (Figma, etc.) into clean, pixel-perfect, accessible UIsOwn frontend architecture decisions: state management, component design, performance and SEOWork with backend developers on API contracts and integrationReview code, mentor junior developers and help set frontend best practicesShare clear written updates, documentation and estimatesJoin daily standups, sprint planning and client meetings during US business hoursRequirements5+ years of professional frontend development experienceStrong expertise in React.js and Next.js (SSR, SSG, App Router, API routes)Solid command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScriptExperience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query or similar)Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows and code review practicesUnderstanding of web performance, accessibility (a11y) and SEO best practicesExcellent verbal and written English, comfortable leading client calls without supportWilling and able to work consistently during US hoursNice to HavePrevious experience working directly with US or international clientsExperience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright)Exposure to Node.js or backend developmentExperience with Vercel, AWS or similar deployment platformsFamiliarity with design systems and component librariesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: 70k - 90k BDTRemote-friendly work environmentDirect exposure to international clients and projectsOpportunities for growth and leadershipVideo Guideline-> What to Cover (In This Order)The Basics: State today’s date and the role title (Senior Frontend Developer).
