The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on PHP/Laravel, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.The role requires strong technical ownership, architecture and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with Frontend, Backend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and Product teams.The candidate should have good English communication skills and be able to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.Job RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of professional software development experience, with strong experience across both backend and frontend development.Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel is mandatory.Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Code practices.Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, database design, indexing, and query optimization.Experience working with different data stores and caching solutions, such as Redis.Strong experience in designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining RESTful APIs following industry best practices.Experience with message queues, background jobs, and asynchronous processing.Experience in building and maintaining scalable SaaS applications and multi-tenant systems.Frontend EngineeringStrong experience building modern, scalable, and maintainable web applications using React.js and Next.js.Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.Good understanding of Next.js architecture, including the App Router, Server and Client Components, SSR, SSG, caching, and data fetching strategies.Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.Experience with modern state management and server-state management approaches, such as React Context, Redux, Zustand, TanStack Query, or similar solutions.Strong understanding of component architecture, reusable UI components, separation of concerns, and frontend design patterns.Experience building responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.Good understanding of web accessibility, semantic HTML, and modern CSS approaches, including Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, Sass, or similar technologies.Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, including bundle optimization, code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, rendering performance, and Core Web Vitals.Good understanding of SEO best practices, particularly when working with server-rendered Next.js applications.Ability to translate UI/UX designs and design systems
