Senior Internal Auditor

About the RoleJoin LVMH Internal Audit and work across some of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will lead risk-based audit engagements across multiple business sectors, helping identify risks, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement. You will also leverage AI, data analytics, and business intelligence tools to enhance audit effectiveness and deliver valuable insights to management.Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end internal audit assignments across different businesses, functions, and geographies
• Assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop audit programs, perform testing, and analyze findings
• Use AI, data analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to enhance audit coverage and risk identification
• Prepare clear audit reports and present recommendations to senior management
• Share best practices and collaborate with stakeholders across the Group
• Contribute to the ongoing transformation of a data-driven and AI-enabled audit functionWhat We're Looking For
• 5–8 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Advisory, Consulting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and audit methodologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in leveraging AI, data analytics, and technology to improve audit outcomes
• Experience in luxury, retail, or consumer goods is a plus
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CA, ACCA, CISA, or CFE are advantageous
• Fluent English is required; additional Asian languages, particularly Chinese, Korean, or Japanese, are a plusWhy Join Us
