Senior Manager - Construction Management

The Senior Manager, Construction Management is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and project objectives. The role oversees contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout the construction lifecycle while driving operational excellence and effective stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all construction activities from mobilization through project completion and handoverManage contractors, consultants, and site supervision teams to achieve project delivery objectivesMonitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction performanceEnsure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety policiesOversee construction planning, sequencing, and execution strategiesIdentify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impacts on cost, schedule, and qualityReview and manage contractor progress, change orders, claims, and commercial issuesCoordinate with design, project management, procurement, HSE, and operations teams to ensure seamless project deliveryLead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement activitiesDrive value engineering, constructability reviews, and productivity improvement initiativesEnsure timely resolution of technical, construction, and interface issuesPrepare executive reports and provide regular updates to senior leadershipRequirementsBachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field12+ years of experience in construction management, with significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, or major development projectsProven track record managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teamsStrong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and quality managementExperience working on complex master-planned developments, mega projects, or large infrastructure programs is highly preferredProfessional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or equivalent are advantageous
