Senior Manager Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Job Purpose:We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to lead the growth, presales, and delivery governance of OCI services and solutions. The role is responsible for driving business development, achieving revenue and sales targets, managing strategic Oracle partnerships, and overseeing successful cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with deep OCI expertise to deliver scalable cloud solutions and business outcomes.Key Accountabilities:Own and achieve OCI sales bookings, revenue, and gross profit targets.Drive demand generation, account planning, and opportunity development in collaboration with sales and account management teams.Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring forecast accuracy and opportunity conversion.Lead presales activities including solution design reviews, proposal development, effort estimation, pricing, and customer presentations.Develop and enhance OCI service offerings focused on cloud adoption, migration, modernization, resilience, and AI-driven solutions.Manage strategic relationships with Oracle, including co-selling initiatives, deal registration, partner programs, and technical enablement.Oversee project delivery governance through delivery managers and technical leads, ensuring quality execution and customer satisfaction.Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and commercial commitments to ensure successful delivery and revenue realization.Support complex customer engagements and executive-level discussions throughout the sales lifecycle.Build and develop presales capabilities while effectively allocating engineering resources based on business demand.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality requirements, and delivery governance frameworks.Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of OCI consulting and cloud engineering capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications are highly preferred.Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional certification is an advantage.Minimum Experience:+8 years of experience in cloud solutions, infrastructure services, or digital transformation.Experience in cloud business leadership, presales leadership, or cloud practice management.Proven track record of achieving enterprise cloud sales, revenue, and profitability targets.Experience leading large-scale cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives.Experience managing Oracle partnerships and enterprise customer relationships.Job-Specific Skills:Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and architectures.Deep understanding of OCI deployment models, governance, security, and operational best practices.Experience with cloud migration, modernization, disaster recovery, resilience, and AI-enabled solutions.Knowledge of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) programs and partner engagement models.Ability to align business requirements with OCI technical capabilities and solution offerings.Solution design and proposal development.Cost estimation, pricing strategy, and profitability management.Opportunity qualification and pipeline management.Contract negotiations and deal closure.Revenue forecasting and business planning.Account development and strategic customer engagement.Team leadership and resource management.Delivery governance and project oversight.Risk management and issue resolution.Stakeholder and executive management.Cross-functional collaboration across sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems.Customer success and relationship management.Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional.Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate.Oracle Cloud Operations Certifications.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications.TOGAF or Cloud Architecture certifications are an added advantage.
