You bring the sector relationships, market knowledge and commercial drive. We provide the international advisory platform, specialist expertise and supporting capabilities to help develop and deliver client engagements.What you will doDevelop and grow your own client portfolio in the UAE.Build relationships with investors, owners, board members, chief executives and other senior decision makers.Identify client needs and advisory opportunities across strategy, transformation, growth and performance improvement.Originate engagements and convert qualified opportunities into proposals and signed mandates.Shape client propositions with the Leverage Experts senior team, bringing the right specialist expertise to each engagement.Grow the presence and reputation of Leverage Experts in your sector.Who we are looking forThe deciding factor is your ability to turn sector relationships and market knowledge into advisory engagements.You may currently be a Principal, Senior Manager, Director or senior industry professional with a strong network in one of the following sectors:Healthcare: providers, hospital groups, healthcare investors, healthcare services or related businesses.Real estate: developers, investors, asset owners, real estate groups or related businesses.Logistics: logistics operators, freight and supply chain businesses, logistics investors or related businesses.Hospitality: hotel groups, hospitality investors, operators or related businesses.You bring:Established relationships and credibility within your sector in the UAE.Access to investors, owners and senior executives, and the standing to engage them as a trusted adviser.A track record of business development, client origination or commercial leadership.Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of how organisations make decisions.An entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to build your own business within an established firm.An interest in strategy, transformation and complex business situations.What Leverage Experts bringsInternational brand.
