For more information, visit www.skyward-technology.com.Role Description This full-time Senior Odoo Functional Consultant role is based in Alexandria, Egypt and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The consultant will lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, analyze existing business processes, and design Odoo-based solutions that align with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include configuring Odoo modules, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams on customizations, and performing system testing and validation. The role also involves delivering user training, preparing documentation, and providing post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption. The consultant will contribute to continuous process improvement, advise on best practices, and support pre-sales or solution demos when required.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, leading workshops, documenting processes, and presenting recommendations.Solid understanding of business processes across areas such as operations, sales, inventory, HR, or supply chain, with the ability to map them to Odoo modules.Proven consulting experience, including client-facing work, solution design, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Good grasp of finance concepts and workflows (e.g., invoicing, general ledger, budgeting, reporting) to configure and support Odoo financial modules.Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Odoo (or similar ERP systems), including configuration, testing, and user training.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Alexandria, Egypt, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Odoo certifications, ERP implementation experience across multiple industries, and proficiency in English and Arabic are considered strong advantages.
