Senior Operations Manager

The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) is seeking to hire for the position of Senior Operations Manager at Cancer Care Insurance Department.The Senior Manager – Subscription Operations is responsible for leading complex, high-volume corporate and individual subscription operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and service quality.The role requires a highly analytical, proactive, and resilient leader capable of multitasking, managing competing priorities, solving complex problems, and making sound decisions under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced environment.The Senior Manager oversees team performance, operational workflows, system-related challenges, audit follow-ups, and process improvements, ensuring accountability, timely delivery, and adherence to KHCF policies and procedures.Reporting to the Unit Head, the position requires strong ownership, independent judgment, effective delegation, and cross-functional coordination to translate strategic priorities into operational results while maintaining business continuity and driving continuous improvement.Minimum education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Public Health, Economics, Pharmacy, Nursing, or another related fieldMinimum years of experience required: 12 years of progressively responsible experience in health insurance, social protection, healthcare program operations, or similar fields
