Children’s Law ParalegalWatford | £26,000–£35,000 DOE | Office-BasedWe are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join the Children’s Law team at a well-established law firm based in Watford. The role will involve working across childcare and domestic abuse matters, managing a varied caseload of private children law cases in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will work closely with solicitors, providing assistance throughout all stages of the case process.Key responsibilities include managing 10+ case files from start to finish, preparing court documents, attending client meetings, conducting legal research, and supporting case strategy.The ideal candidate will have experience handling Children’s Private Law matters such as Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, and Specific Issue Orders. Strong end-to-end case management experience is essential, along with excellent organisation, attention to detail, and confidence using legal systems including CCMS.This is an excellent opportunity to develop within a supportive team and gain further exposure to complex private Children Law work.
