Location: Boise, IDCompensation: $90,000–$110,000 + Benefits, PTO, potential bonus, etc.A well-established general contractor in the Boise market is looking to add a Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer to its team.

This is a strong opportunity for a construction professional who wants hands-on exposure to all phases of the project lifecycle while working alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents.This person will support projects from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibilities spanning project documentation, subcontractor coordination, material tracking, scheduling, quality control, and field support.Benefits and HighlightsCompensation of $90K–$110K, based on experienceComprehensive benefits packageStrong career growth and development opportunitiesExposure to both office and field operationsCollaborative team environment with experienced construction professionalsOpportunity to gain experience across preconstruction, project management, and field executionResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of constructionReview drawings, specifications, and contract documents for potential conflicts and constructability issuesManage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and closeout materialsCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to keep projects moving on scheduleTrack material procurement, deliveries, schedules, and other critical project milestonesAssist with subcontractor buyout, quality control, safety initiatives, and general project coordinationRequirementsPrevious construction experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar role preferredAbility to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and project documentationExperience at another General Contractor is strongly preferredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environmentExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project preferredBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredTrueBuild Partners LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
