Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

Produce and implement the Project Execution Plan and perform the role of the Senior Project Manager as defined in the company's Flow-ChartsProvide a level of service that meets the expectations of company and is regarded as being of a high standard within the project management professionIdentify areas for improvement in project delivery and implement action plans accordinglyManage a project and drive the achievement of quality, programme and budget targetsInspires confidence and trust in interactions with Clients, Operators and Key StakeholdersManage and motivate multi-disciplined teams and colleaguesAdminister the Construction ContractsConduct regular progress updates in conjunction with the Planning ManagerAssess and adjudicate Contractor Claims with the support of the Planning ManagerConduct meetings, produce minutes and drive outcomesManage the Procurement processManage Value Engineering workshopsManage Risk analysis workshopsManage the Commissioning and Close-Out of a projectCompile monthly and other reports and make recommendationsAnticipate problems before they arise and develop mitigation plansOther project management duties as assigned by the Director / Project DirectorQualifications and ExperienceTertiary qualification (University Graduate) in either Project Management, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture with at least 10 or 15 years relevant experience in a project management roleProven experience in handling hotel projects until delivery phaseProgressively increased responsibility over career durationRelevant projects of an appropriate scale (luxury Hotel/ residential)KSA experience preferredActive membership of a relevant professional institution is an additional considerationOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
