Senior Project Manager - SAAS Abu Dhabi

SAAS Properties Abu Dhabi is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Projects Department and lead the delivery of our development projects from inception to handover. What you’ll doLead the planning, execution and delivery of projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standardsAct as the main link between SAAS and consultants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholdersGuide consultants through all design stages and identify value engineering opportunitiesOversee tendering, contract award and contract administration with our commercial and legal teamsMonitor construction quality, safety and progress, and resolve technical issues on siteLead testing, commissioning, handover and close-outMentor project managers, site engineers and support staff, and provide executive-level reportingWhat we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management12+ years in real estate development or construction project management, of which at least 5 years client-side with a developerProven record leading mixed-use or large-scale development projects and managing multidisciplinary teamsWorking knowledge of UAE regulations and processes: RERA and escrow, Dubai Municipality and DDA/Trakhees approvals, Civil Defence, DEWA connections, and owners’ association handoverContract administration experience (FIDIC preferred)Strong leadership, stakeholder management and executive-level reporting skillsPreferredExperience with branded residences, hospitality or high-rise (G+40 and above) projectsExposure to sustainability certification (Estidama, LEED, Al Sa’fat) and smart-building specificationsPrior involvement in off-plan sales launches and the coordination of show units and sales centresExisting relationships with Dubai consultants, contractors and authority contactsMSc in Project Management or RICS membership
