About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead the Projects Section and oversee retail branch development projects from planning and design through contractor coordination, execution, and final handover.The role involves managing design engineers and site supervisors, ensuring cost and quality control, and overseeing exhibition and event fit-out projects across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end retail branch projects, from site assessment and cost estimation to design coordination, execution, quality control, and final handover.Manage design engineers and site supervisors, allocate assignments, and oversee project priorities, resources, and schedules.Guide branch layouts and review 2D/3D design deliverables to ensure alignment with each brand’s identity and operational requirements.Prepare project budgets, monitor actual costs, and evaluate variations and additional works before approval.Evaluate contractors’ technical and financial proposals, support negotiations, and coordinate project contracts with legal and relevant stakeholders.Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance, site progress, approved materials, technical quality, and project completion.Review payment claims and supplier invoices against contract terms and verified work progress, coordinating with Finance on payment follow-up.Manage exhibition and event fit-out projects, including vendor coordination, execution, cost control, quality, and handover.Prepare structured project reports, identify risks and delays, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant internal teams.What We’re Looking ForRelevant professional experience managing retail fit-out, construction, or multi-site commercial projects, with direct team and contractor management experience.Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, contractor evaluation, contract coordination, and execution controls.Ability to review 2D/3D design deliverables and coordinate technical stakeholders throughout project phases.Strong leadership, negotiation, reporting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Experience in retail branch rollouts, exhibitions, or event projects is an advantage.
