Senior Public Relations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior PR Manager to lead our Dubai team and client portfolio. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the PR team and all client mandates, making sure every client receives exceptional service and that the team delivers to the highest standard. You will also play a key role in shaping account strategy and contributing to the agency’s wider growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipLead, manage and mentor the Dubai PR team, including the PR Manager and PR ExecutivesDelegate and oversee workloads, making sure deadlines, deliverables and contractual KPIs are consistently metMonitor team performance, provide regular feedback and support professional developmentFoster a collaborative, high-performing and proactive team cultureClient & Account ManagementOversee all client mandates and ensure every account is serviced to an exceptional standardAct as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationshipsAttend and lead client meetings, status calls, strategy sessions and eventsReview all client-facing materials, including press releases, pitches, reports and proposals, for quality and accuracyProactively identify issues and opportunities across accounts and resolve them quicklyStrategyProvide strategic direction for each account, including PR plans, campaign concepts, brand collaborations and annual calendarsContribute to the agency’s overall strategy, new business pitches and proposals alongside the Group DirectorDevelop creative, newsworthy ideas that deliver measurable results for clientsMedia RelationsUse and continuously grow an established network of UAE and regional media contacts across lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, F&B, fashion and business titlesSecure high-quality coverage, interviews, first looks and features for clientsOversee influencer and KOL relations, media hosting and launch eventsReporting & OperationsOversee monthly client reports, coverage tracking and KPI measurementEnsure the team follows agency processes, approval procedures and UAE media and advertising regulationsRequirements5+ years of PR experience, ideally in an agency environment in the UAEAn established, active media relations database across UAE and GCC mediaProven experience managing and developing a PR teamStrong background in luxury, hospitality, F&B, fashion or lifestyle PRExcellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantageStrategic thinker with strong creative and commercial judgementExceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlinesConfident, polished presence in client meetings and at eventsBased in Dubai, with flexibility to attend events and meetings across the UAEWhat We OfferThe opportunity to lead a growing team within an internationally expanding agencyA portfolio of prestigious hospitality, fashion and lifestyle brandsExposure to regional and international markets, including Riyadh and ParisA creative, entrepreneurial and supportive working environment
