Senior Quality Control Engineer - Electrical

1. Project Start-Up & Quality PlanningReceive, review, and verify all project documents, including technical specifications, engineering drawings, BOQs, and contractual requirements, to ensure compliance with project quality standards.Participate in the preparation, review, and implementation of project quality documentation, including Project Quality Plans (PQP), Quality Management Plans (QMP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and other relevant quality documents.Prepare and establish quality inspection forms, checklists, and reporting templates to be utilized throughout the project lifecycle.2. Project Execution & Quality ControlManage and conduct Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) upon the receipt of materials at site, ensuring compliance with approved material submittals, specifications, and project requirements.Conduct regular and random site quality inspections and surveillance to verify that construction activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, and applicable standards.Identify, assess, and manage potential quality risks and nonconformities through continuous site monitoring and daily quality surveillance.3. Project Close-Out & HandoverEnsure that all project quality records and documentation, including Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), NCRs, and material/laboratory test reports, are properly completed, reviewed, scanned, indexed, and archived in accordance with contractual requirements and client-approved procedures..Follow up on all quality-related handover requirements to facilitate the issuance of Partial and Final Taking-Over Certificates (TOCs).Participate in the preparation and compilation of the Project Quality Close-Out Report, ensuring that all quality documentation, inspection records, test results, and handover requirements are completed and submitted to the client.

Qualifications

Education/ Qualifications: BSC of EngineeringProfessional Certification Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certificates is mustWork Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Quality Field for Construction, Building, LRT, Industrial and infrastructure projects
