This full-time hybrid role is based in Qesm El Maadi, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising a development team, reviewing and improving code quality, implementing best practices, and coordinating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role involves managing application lifecycles, performing technical troubleshooting, optimizing existing systems, and ensuring secure integration with other platforms. The Senior Supervisor will also mentor team members, participate in architecture and design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements

-- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.- Knowledge of React or Angular.- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English
