Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking(Assets)

Job PurposeInvest Bank is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Assets) to join its Wholesale Banking team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate lending, new-to-bank business origination, and credit structuring, supported by an established network of corporate relationships across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.The role focuses on developing and managing a diversified corporate asset portfolio, other than contractor finance & real-estate sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesOriginate and acquire new-to-bank corporate borrowing relationships, driving sustainable asset portfolio growth.Manage and develop existing corporate relationships, maximizing funded and non-funded facility utilization and profitability.Structure and negotiate corporate credit facilities, including working capital, term lending, and trade finance solutions.Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, financial assessments, and risk evaluations in accordance with the Bank’s credit policies.Identify cross-selling opportunities across trade finance, cash management, treasury, and transactional banking.Maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and key stakeholders.Ensure timely credit reviews, effective portfolio monitoring, and full compliance with regulatory and internal risk requirements.Deliver assigned business origination, portfolio growth, revenue, and asset quality KPIs.Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum of 10 years of relevant corporate banking experience in the UAE, with a strong focus on asset-side relationship management.Demonstrated success in originating and closing new corporate lending transactions.Established corporate network and strong market knowledge within Dubai and the Northern Emirates.Solid expertise in credit analysis, financial statement assessment, loan structuring, and corporate risk evaluation.Proven ability to independently manage complex corporate borrowing relationships.Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach.Experience covering diversified corporate sectors other than Contracting and Real Estate.What We’re Looking ForA proactive relationship manager who combines strong credit fundamentals with proven business development capabilities and can contribute immediately to expanding Invest Bank’s corporate banking franchise.
