📌 Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions.Ensure code quality, security, performance, and adherence to Salesforce development best practices.Manage deployments across development, testing, and production environments using CI/CD tools.Collaborate with Solution Architects, Consultants, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers at senior levels.✅ Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, depending on the target seniority level.Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, and Salesforce development best practices.Familiarity with Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools such as Copado or Gearset.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and adapt to changing project requirements.Good command of English, both written and spoken.🌟 Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or relevant Salesforce Architect certifications.Experience with MuleSoft and enterprise integration solutions.Mentoring, technical leadership, and code review experience for senior-level candidates.
