Key Responsibilities

SharePoint DevelopmentDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions.Develop web parts, forms, dashboards, extensions, and user interfaces.Integrate SharePoint with databases, enterprise systems, document management systems, and external applications.Develop and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, metadata, permissions, search, and workflows.Customize modern and classic SharePoint experiences.Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.SharePoint AdministrationAdminister and maintain the SharePoint Subscription Edition On-Premises environment.Manage SharePoint farms, web applications, service applications, site collections, content databases, search, and related platform services.Manage SharePoint Central Administration and related server configurations.Perform installation, configuration, patching, updates, and platform maintenance.Monitor system health, performance, availability, capacity, and storage.Manage SharePoint security, permissions, authentication, certificates, and access controls.Perform and support SharePoint migrations and database migrations.Manage backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.Troubleshoot SharePoint, IIS, Windows Server, SQL Server, authentication, permissions, search, workflow, and performance issues.Provide L2/L3 technical support.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.PowerShell & AutomationDevelop and maintain scripts to automate SharePoint administration and operational tasks.Automate health checks, reporting, user and permissions management, bulk operations, backup, restore, migration, and deployment activities.Improve operational efficiency by reducing repetitive manual administration.Power BIDesign, develop, deploy, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.Develop executive, management, and operational reporting solutions.Build data models and calculations to support business reporting and analytics.Prepare, transform, and integrate data from SharePoint, databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.Configure report security and access.Manage report deployment, refresh, gateway connectivity, and data source connections.Optimize reports and data models for performance.Troubleshoot reporting, refresh, connectivity, and performance issues.Maintain Power BI Report Server On-Premises solutions.Documentation & Business SupportGather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, SOPs, and user guides.Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.Support business users and technical teams.Follow SharePoint development, security, governance, and operational best practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.Minimum 12 years of hands-on SharePoint experience.Strong experience with SharePoint Subscription Edition On-Premises.Strong experience in both SharePoint development and administration.Strong experience supporting enterprise production environments.Advanced Power BI development and data modeling experience.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
