Senior Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Social Media Manager to oversee and execute content strategies across multiple brands and external client accounts.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or digital agency environment, with the ability to independently own client accounts, manage client relationships, and lead the content team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple social media accounts across different industries.Develop and execute monthly content strategies and calendars.Take ownership of client accounts, communication, feedback, and deliverables.Lead and coordinate the content team, including designers, videographers, photographers, and content creators.Plan and attend photoshoots and video shoots, including on-ground mobile content creation.Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and community management across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.Monitor performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.Stay updated on social media trends and ensure brand consistency and industry compliance.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing agency environment.Proven experience managing and owning multiple client accounts.Previous experience leading and managing a content or creative team.Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital trends.Excellent client management, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple brands, teams, and deadlines independently.Hands-on experience with content creation and shoot coordination.Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
