It serves major brands like Microsoft, Nestlé, Colgate, and Purina, as well as fast-growing companies like Liquid IV and Chomps.About the roleAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will be the backbone of a small, specialist-heavy product engineering team. You'll work on scaling the company's agent platform, which runs thousands of agents, focusing on infrastructure reliability, orchestration, and performance. You will also take ownership of the insights inventory system and collaborate closely with the product manager, designer, AI engineers, and sales team to translate customer needs into product features.What You’ll DoScale the agent platform by evolving its infrastructure with a focus on reliability and performance.Own the insights inventory system, ensuring it tracks, deduplicates, and catalogs insights effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a strong understanding of customer needs and translate them into product features.Lead data modeling and performance improvements across PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.Set and enforce standards for code quality, API design, and data modeling.Why This Role Is CompellingYou'll join a fast-moving, AI-native startup with significant enterprise traction.You'll have the opportunity to work directly with major brands and influence product decisions.You'll enjoy autonomy and ownership in a small, dynamic team environment.The company offers a competitive compensation package, including equity, full medical benefits, and other perks.The Ideal Candidate3+ years of experience in building and operating production backend systems.Strong skills in data modeling and PostgreSQL.Comfortable working full stack in a fast-paced environment.Experience with AI, LLM, chatbot, or agent features is a plus.Ability to set engineering standards and lead projects from definition to production.This Role Is NOT For You IfYou prefer working on narrowly scoped projects in large tech companies.You are looking for a remote-first role.You require detailed specifications and prefer to work away from product-focused tasks.Next steps1.
