Senior Structural Designer

One of the esteemed operations in Engineering Sector is seeking an experienced Structural Engineering professional with strong expertise in RCC and steel building design, A Leader with 10–15 years of experience in structural design consultancy to lead the design team, drive engineering excellence, and deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions.Key responsibilities :Lead the structural design of RCC and steel buildings from concept through detailed design and IFC.Perform and review structural analysis using ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.Oversee foundation, slab, beam, column, seismic, wind, and lateral stability design.Ensure compliance with ACI, BS, ASCE 7, and applicable local authority requirements.Review design calculations, structural drawings, technical submissions, and engineering deliverables.Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure effective design integration.Lead, mentor, and develop the structural engineering team while managing design quality, project delivery, and technical decisions.Required profile:Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.10–15 years of experience in structural design engineering project in the UAE market.Strong expertise in complex building structures, with large-scale project experience preferred.Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000, with working knowledge of Revit/BIM coordination.Strong knowledge of international structural design codes and local authority regulations.A hands-on technical leader with proven team management, mentoring, and project coordination skills.Experience with handling project within the UAE market is a must.
