Senior Finance Systems AnalystWorkday / Finance Transformation / ERPSalary: £80,000 - £90,000 + 10% Bonus

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid (2 days per week)We're working with a well-established Insurance organisation embarking on a major Finance Transformation programme, implementing Workday to replace their legacy finance platform.This is an excellent opportunity to join during the implementation phase, helping shape the future finance systems landscape whilst becoming a long-term SME for the platform post go-live.Working closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll, and Technology teams, you'll play a key role in the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing support of Workday and the wider finance systems estate.

You'll also help drive continuous improvement, adoption, and process enhancement across the business.Workday experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
