In this role, you will lead the design and development of comprehensive utilities systems for complex projects, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and efficient project delivery. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to translate project requirements into detailed technical solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision.Design and develop utilities infrastructure systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing componentsPrepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation using industry-standard software and toolsConduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and cost-benefit analyses for utilities systemsCoordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment and project objectivesEnsure all designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia and internationallyManage design revisions, updates, and documentation control throughout the project lifecyclePerform quality assurance reviews and validation of design deliverablesParticipate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activitiesAnalyze system performance and recommend optimization strategies for efficiency and sustainabilityMentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of design processesQualifications8+ years of professional experience in utilities engineering design and project deliveryProven expertise in PMCM (Project Management and Construction Management) methodologiesAdvanced proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD) and BIM modeling tools (Revit)Strong knowledge of Irrigation, Firefighting , Potable water, Diversion or utility Protection, Sewage and Drainage systemsDemonstrated experience with project management software and toolsComprehensive understanding of building codes, standards, and regulatory compliance requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailProficiency in technical documentation, specifications writing, and design communicationExperience with energy efficiency analysis and sustainable design practicesStrong organizational and project coordination abilitiesLeadership experience and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards and regulations is preferred
