Senior UX Copywriter (Arabic & English)

DescriptionGSS Tech Group is hiring a Senior UX Copywriter for one of the UAE's leading banks. You'll join the Design team within the bank's Digital Office, whose goal is to build the most human centric banking experience in the world.In this role, you'll write clear, user centric content across websites, mobile apps and other digital platforms. You'll connect design and communication so that every word on screen works with the visuals to create an intuitive, engaging customer journey.What You Will DoWrite clear, concise and user friendly copy for web, app and other digital touchpoints in both English and ArabicWork closely with designers so the written and visual elements line upDefine and apply a consistent tone of voice across all digital channelsEstimate effort from requirements and propose delivery plans against deadlinesAudit existing copy and recommend improvements within agreed timelinesUse user feedback and data analytics to keep improving the copyWork within Agile design delivery teams, following the UX processExplain and defend UX copy decisions to designers and stakeholdersCoach and mentor team members to help scale the UX copy frameworkRequirementsNative Arabic speaker who can read and write fluently in the GCC or UAE national dialect. This is mandatoryExcellent written UK EnglishBachelor's degree or higher in English, Communication, Marketing or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in UX copywriting, content design or a closely related fieldExperience in corporate, finance or retail productsSolid grasp of human centred design, UX principles and instructional writingWorking knowledge of content management systems, SEO principles and basic HTMLA strong portfolio showing UX copy projects and their measurable impact on user experienceAbility to adapt your writing style for different audiences and industriesComfortable managing several workstreams at once in a fast paced, deadline driven settingOpen to constructive feedback and able to handle ambiguity wellNice to haveExperience in banking or financial servicesExperience working in the GCC
