Job Title: Senior-Vice President OperationsRole Description The Senior Vice President Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across MJ Global’s manufacturing plants in Gautam Budh Nagar (UP) & Baddi (Himachal Pradesh).This position leads plant operations, operational strategy, production planning, and process optimisation to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery for multiple product lines and large brand accounts.

The role includes ownership of P&L for operations, capacity planning, resource allocation, and cost control, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Senior Vice President will lead a team of plant heads, PPC, supply chain, maintenance, admin, and quality teams to align operational priorities with business goals and customer commitments.QualificationsMBA from a reputed college with an engineering backgroundPast experience in a promoter driven manufacturing company having multiple plants in North India and turnover > Rs. 500 crores.Strong Operations Management skills, including production planning, supply chain, procurement, quality assurance, process optimisation, and multi-plant coordination.Proven experience in P&L Management, cost control, budgeting, and financial performance tracking for multiple plant operationsCustomer Service focus, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key brand partners and ensure service-level commitments. Strong understanding of OTIF, OEE & NPS scores.Strategic Planning capabilities to define long-term operational roadmaps, capacity expansion plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.Project Management skills to lead cross-functional projects, implement new technologies, and manage operational transformation programs.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using data, ERP and KPIs to drive performance and improvements.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills, with a track record of leading diverse teams.Knowledge of quality management systems, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives.Ability to handle international clients audits such as BRC, Sedex etc.Expertise in Cost Optimisation, 5S, lean manufacturingStrong understanding of safety & risk managementDriving projects to improve throughput of the plantsInvolvement in capex proposals & decisionsPast experience in building a greenfield unit starting from land acquisition to commencement of facility.Complete ownership of Plant P&Ls.Personal Attributes:
