Location: Abu Dhabi, UAECompany: IPSTUDIOSEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout IPSTUDIOSWith over 22 years of experience, IPSTUDIOS is a creative, communications, and digital solutions agency delivering projects for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in frontend development, backend systems, and mobile applications.The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple client projects simultaneously, and delivering high-quality digital solutions from initial development through deployment and ongoing maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Web DevelopmentDevelop, maintain, and optimise websites, web applications, and digital platforms for multiple clients.Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and related technologies.Develop secure, scalable backend solutions using Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python, or equivalent frameworks.Design and manage databases, APIs, authentication systems, and third-party integrations.Translate creative concepts and UI/UX designs into fully functional digital experiences.Mobile Application DevelopmentDevelop and maintain iOS and Android applications using Flutter, React Native, or equivalent technologies.Integrate mobile applications with backend systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.Manage mobile application testing, optimisation, deployment, and updates.WordPress & CMS DevelopmentBuild and customise WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and CMS solutions.Work with Elementor, WooCommerce, and custom development requirements.Troubleshoot technical issues, improve website speed, and implement security measures.Hosting, Deployment & Technical ManagementManage hosting environments, cloud services, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and server configurations across multiple client accounts.Deploy and maintain websites and applications using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices.Implement monitoring, backups, security updates, and disaster recovery procedures.Maintain structured source-code repositories, technical documentation, and secure access management.Agency & Client Project DeliveryManage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.Collaborate closely with creative designers, UI/UX specialists, account managers, and project teams.Understand client briefs, assess technical requirements, and recommend effective solutions.Provide technical input during project planning, proposals, and client presentations.Estimate development timelines, identify technical risks, and manage priorities across projects.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly across different client platforms.Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality across all digital deliverables.Maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards when handling client data, systems, and intellectual property.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of professional full stack development experience, preferably within a digital, creative, or technology agency.Proven experience managing and delivering multiple client projects simultaneously.Strong proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, databases, and API integrations.Practical experience in cross-platform mobile application development.Advanced WordPress development and customisation skills.Experience with cloud hosting, server management, Git, and deployment workflows.Strong understanding of website security, performance optimisation, technical SEO, and responsive development.Ability to independently manage the full development lifecycle, from technical planning through launch and support.Excellent troubleshooting, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for more than a developer.
