Service Now Developer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.Configure and manage ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow functionalities.Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.Create and optimize workflows, Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items.Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.Customize Service Portal and user interfaces to improve user experience.Troubleshoot technical issues, perform debugging, and ensure platform stability.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and deployment procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.Hands-on experience with:Business Rules and Client Scripts.Script Includes and UI Policies.Service Catalog and Service Portal.Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.REST/SOAP API integrations.Glide APIs and UI Actions.
