Service Operations Manager, HVAC Growth

Tin Man Heating & Cooling is seeking a strong operational leader to oversee and elevate our HVAC team in Bowling Green, Ohio. As the HVAC Manager, you will lead the day-to-day service operations of a growing team, ensuring technicians are supported, productive, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
