Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager / Business Analyst
Location: DubaiDuration: 12+ Months 10–12 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in ServiceNow-related projects.Proven experience in ServiceNow project management, business analysis, or a combined PM/BA role.Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement life cycles.Experience managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.Experience coordinating UAT, defect management, deployment, and go-live activities.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Interested candidates send me your CV with below details.Expected salary:Notice Period:Current Location:Citizen / Visa Status / Work Permit:
