ZoeK is looking for a full-time Showroom Assistant to join their team, located in Kifisia, Athens.Role DescriptionSupport daily showroom operationsHandle daily administrative tasks, orders and invoicing Assist with stock and inventory managementFollow up on production and supplier ordersCreate & Update Excel files and basic reportsSupport marketing activities and photoshootsWelcome and assist showroom clientsAssist with brand events and special projectsKeep the showroom and office organizedQualifications1+ years office management experience and preferably in fashion businessMust be highly organized and efficientExcellent prioritization skills in a fast-paced changing environmentMust be confident will liaising with everyone at all levels“Can do” attitude – willing to take on spontaneous tasksVery detailed orientatedBe able to give and receive directionPlease send your CV to info@madebyzoek.com.
